Safer access for critical energy infrastructure.

AND Network was engaged to project manage the delivery of fall arrest system installations across 58 transformers spanning more than 28 terminal stations throughout Victoria for Zinfra. Operating on assets up to 500 kV - from Moorabool and South Morang - every site required individual permit management, outage coordination, and bespoke installation scoping.

AND Network managed the entire program across two staged material orders, coordinating BGB Electrical Services and Middleton Group across metro and remote sites including Glenrowan, Wemen, Heywood, Dederang, Wodonga, and Loy Yang Power Station.

Services provided

  • Construction project management
  • Multi-site permit management and coordination
  • Outage scheduling and management
  • Resourcing management
  • Materials planning and inventory tracking
  • Lookahead scheduling and progress reporting
  • HSEQ oversight
  • Remote and regional site logistics

Outcomes

AND Network kept one of Victoria's most logistically demanding safety upgrade programs on track - coordinating permits, outages, materials, and construction, across terminal stations from Melbourne’s inner suburbs to remote regional Victoria, while delivering safe, compliant access to every asset in the program.
